Chapter 4. System planning and
configuration using VIOS
with IVM
This chapter describes how to perform basic system planning prior to and
configuration after you install Virtual Input/Output Server (VIOS). The
configuration can be done by using the command line interface (CLI) and user
interface (UI). The Web browser-based UI is an integral part of the Integrated
Virtualization Manager (IVM) and is included in the VIOS.
